Hi Aaron, I recently ordered the Stage 2 brake upgrade kit and a set of Brisk plugs and the IT Performance coils for my 07 Cooper S. The brake package is superb! no more vague, mushy feel. Now the braking is very direct, very progressive, shorter stops, much less dust..could not be happier! And installing the Brisk plus and IT Performance coils made a very noticeable difference in engine response and power delivery..definitely worth the money!Every product I have bought from Outmotoring has been of the highest quality and has enhanced the performance of my car. In this "internet age" we find ourselves searching for the best price we can find. All the while not thinking about the "value" of customer service. Is an extra dollar or two in your pocket worth bad service? The answer is no!
While Out Motoring offers competitive pricing, the one thing no other on-line vendor can provide is the amazing and excellent customer service provided by the Out Motoring Team.
Their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and ability to accommodate a customers needs are world class and second to none!
Good service DOES have "value" and it's worth paying for! So my advice is before you waste time trying to find a better price elsewhere think about what it might cost you in the long run should you encounter a problem.
It's better to do business with a company like Out Motoring which is professional, customer focused AND offers competitive pricing.

Top notch company and service. Only place I could find a drain back valve for r53. $25 replacement vs $450+ for the entire oil filter housing. Best part was the service. UPS delivered my part 2 days late on a Next Day Air shipment ,which is not OutMotoring's fault, but OutMotoring went to bat for me and got me a refund. I really appreciate your customer service and other companies should follow suit. Thanks again you have earned my business from here on out. Claude Cesar
