If replacing the rotors or brake pads on your vehicle is in the works you're gonna need some specialty tools to make the job easier. One is this "S" hanger that allows you to hang the caliper off a suspension component nearby to keep the rubber brake line from stretching and flexing too much which can cause severe damage. Invest in one of these little guys to make your brake job a success.

So as a mini enthusiast, of course I try to do the up keep myself. I broke a bolt replacing the rubber gasket on the valve cover. 2 places on this earth have it. Here and of course mini dealers. Mini dealers have no interest in replacing parts in my 2011 mini cooper. They want me to buy a new one.
I was happy to buy the parts right here, have them shipped out and arrive in 3 days. Well done you lot for helping the regular weekend car mechanics.
