Product Description
Forge Motorsport have been at the head of aftermarket Mini tuning since 2006, and proud sponsor of the Mini Challenge (www.minichallenge.co.uk) in the UK which sees our high performance parts fitted to both the R56 and F56 generations of Mini, across the entire grid.
The Forge Motorsport intake for the F54, F55 and F56 generation of Mini has been developed specifically for the 2.0 petrol turbo engine from the Cooper S and Cooper JCW, though it will also fit the Cooper 1.5 petrol turbo, as BMW use the same factory airbox.

The intake itself features a laser cut sheet aluminium heat shield which includes a scoop to direct air from the cold air inlet on the slam panel. It fits to the stock mounting locations with rubber grommets to reduce vibration and noise.
The pipe to the filter features a precision machined MAF boss so that the cars original MAF can simply be bolted on to the new intake, with the pipe itself being hand fabricated at our manufacturing facility in Gloucester, UK.
The filter is manufactured to Forge’s specifications by Pipercross in the UK (www.pipercross.net) which features:
Washable and reusable design.
Layered multi-density foam technology.
Improvement in engine power and torque with superior engine protection from dirt and dust ingress.
Designed to flow stronger for longer.
The intake scoop and hard pipe are finished in hard-wearing crackle black powder coat to give an OEM like finish.
The attached video shows the improvements we have seen of 10bhp with no other changes to the car.
Fitting is very straightforward, requires no cutting or modification to the vehicle so it can easily be removed if needs be, and can be completed in 20-30 minutes.

Each items contains the detail pictures and well information. If u have 100s diff item and so on.. they put not just a factory pic but well explained picture with NAM links if there for additiinal derails
4. Customer service
When u either call or email they will answer u for me yes so far they r very respectful..
5. Shipping
Well this part is not 100% outmotoring company since the 3rd shipping company kicks in but as long as outmotoring cares all the other things for us.. they actually provide well info about ship choice and time consume on delivery .. and they care for u as much as they can ( as long as it is in their end ) once its hands on and policy ober to ups and usps etc .. its theirs? But outmoto has been very good at this also
I have been buying thingsothingsover forum or ebay .. outmoto is the top end. If u looking for add some mod on ur car..ccheck this guys out make ur login and shop. Best exp ever
