My hitch for my R53 came in today and 3 hours later it is installed and the car is all back together. The fit and finish are excellent and I couldn't be happier with the product. The only problem I had is that the instructions mention zip ties and replacement trim mount clips but the little Baggie included in my box was empty. Someone forgot to pop the parts into the bag before tossing the bag into the box. Didn't really effect me because I didn't break any trim tabs and I have PLENTY of zip ties.Thanks for a great and unique product that makes the ownership of our quirky little MINIs even better.

I talked to Aron. He went out of his way on his day off. Came and open the shop since i was needing a flywheel for my R56-S. I leave about an hour away from the shop. We set up at time and he was there with no issues. Send me my way with a flywheel and i was able to put my mini back on the road the same day. Couldn't be any more happier. That is dedication and excellent costumer service. Thank you so much This is not the first time he goes out of this way for me. So i will keep continuing going to Outmotoring every time i need something. Next step are coil overs and wheel! Ruben Morales
The owner is nice, prices are in line with others or better. My complaints are twofold. First not a blasted thing comes with any installation instructions. The Eventuri intake had excellent ones you could download, the rest had nothing. I guess you are supposed to know how to install before you buy.
Second, I have left a lot of reviews on products (most of them very favorable) and yet they don't show up under the product listing. I rely heavily on customer reviews as I have found they are generally the best gauge of the product. It has aggravated me beyond speaking that I spend the time writing a detailed review, only to never have it post. When I go to the item, it will say "no reviews for this product" and then underneath it "you have written a review for this product". Seriously? Karen Casey
