Every product I have ordered from OutMotoring has been shipped promptly and the quality has been superb. OutMotorings customer service has simply been outstanding. Extremely helpful with tracking down difficult to find parts and odds and ends needed for some installs that they didn't have listed, but got for me and had shipped directly to me. Their prices pretty much beat everyone else, but its the outstanding customer service that will keep me a loyal customer. Daniel SonderInstalled short shifter kit with no problems except kit did not come with 'o' ring for shifter shaft. Factory 'o' ring was too larger off of OEM shift lever. I would also recommend some good out door adhesive to reinstall dust cover on shift box, because some of the locking tabs may break off when removing. And with this short shifter kit there is no need to modify shifter box as some other products require you to leave dust cover off or purchase a drop cover to accommodate the longer shift lever. Needed to replace the cheesy and broken e-brake handle on my 2008 Clubman S. Purchased the Cravenspeed assembly from Outmotoring. Received the purchase in a VERY timely manner and the quality of the Cravenspeed handle is top notch. Installation was easy and it felt good to toss the broken cheesy factory assembly!
