Hi,I recently purchased the belt tensioner from Alta and had it installed. Had I only known over the past several thousand miles that my shock was bad, I would have changed it sooner. The shop guys brought the old one out to show me that it was completely useless. Since replacing it my mileage has increased dramatically, and performance as well. apparently the drive belt was slipping on the super charger. And power, all I can say is "Yeah, Baby". Thanks guys for making this part available.

I cannot say enough good things about Outmotoring. Quick, on-time shipping. Excellent products for a decent price. But, what really makes them stand out is the excellent customer service. They've been quick to help me find the right part when I couldn't find it on their site. Their knowledge of MINI's and the best parts to use is fantastic. I don't want to go anywhere else for my MINI - whether buying replacement parts (e.g. tie rods) or upgrading the trim elements. After three orders, I'm sold on them!

I purchased an RSIC6 rear GP style spoiler for my MINI R56 S. During installation, it became clear there was an issue with the fitment. I sent an email to RSIC6 (they're in Italy) and the next morning they replied. They told me to contact Outmotoring for a full replacement. I reached out to Outmotring, and by the middle of that next day they already had a new product shipped. The level of customer service was fast, prompt and excellent! The replacement spoiler is now on my car and it looks fantastic! Thanks Outmotoring and RSIC6!
