The Camshaft INLET Adjustment Unit is just one of the replacement parts needed in order to successfully complete a replacement of the stock timing chain for the common issues with the N14 MINI Cooper S. The N14 engine was used on the Cooper S turbo (gen2- as noted below) until the end of 2010 and was also used on the JCW models UP to the end of 2011. All other models had the N18 starting in 2011.
