Aaron and his staff down at OutMotoring are awesome! Always extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I have about their products and Mini's in general. I live near by so it is nice to be able to go down and pick up everything I need and look around at what they have on the shelves. They always have what I come to get in stock and if they don't they always offer to order it for me. I have purchased almost all of my Mini parts from them and I will continue to do so! Thanks again OutMotoring! MattIn this "internet age" we find ourselves searching for the best price we can find. All the while not thinking about the "value" of customer service. Is an extra dollar or two in your pocket worth bad service? The answer is no!
While Out Motoring offers competitive pricing, the one thing no other on-line vendor can provide is the amazing and excellent customer service provided by the Out Motoring Team.
Their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and ability to accommodate a customers needs are world class and second to none!
Good service DOES have "value" and it's worth paying for! So my advice is, before you waste time trying to find a better price elsewhere think about what it might cost you in the long run should you encounter a problem.
It's better to do business with a company like Out Motoring which is professional, customer focused AND offers competitive pricing.
Out Motoring has set the benchmark for all other on-line retailers who have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

I have 2009 JCW (R56) and have done a lot of work on it...and unfortunately it needs a lot of work as a cost for the fun.
I am local to Outmotoring and I am very thankful they are so responsive. They can often get parts same day and the prices are very competitive to the big online retailers and ebay. They have gotten me out of a jam more than once...and I can return parts that I did not need.
I have visited them numerous times and they have a nice showroom and top-notch operation. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Sean C
