I find that these sometimes pop out. They always end up sitting on top of the tower, but I'm guessing that one day I won't be able to find them once they've popped out.

So as a mini enthusiast, of course I try to do the up keep myself. I broke a bolt replacing the rubber gasket on the valve cover. 2 places on this earth have it. Here and of course mini dealers. Mini dealers have no interest in replacing parts in my 2011 mini cooper. They want me to buy a new one.
I was happy to buy the parts right here, have them shipped out and arrive in 3 days. Well done you lot for helping the regular weekend car mechanics.

I wanted to de-chrome the belt line of my BRG R56. A black belt line looks nice but is so common. I ordered the red kit from OutMotoring and it didn’t disappoint. High quality 3M automotive vinyl. Fast service. Thanks OM!

Advantages: Easy to install. High quality

Disadvantages: Obviously takes some finesse to do it right. But there is enough extra on the roll if you need to re-do a panel.
